Four Quick Exercise Ideas for Busy Summers

For many people, summer is a time to relax and enjoy time with family or enjoy being at home. However, summer can also be a busy time of year while you might be trying to hold multiple jobs or are constantly leaving for vacation. Here are some quick workout ideas that will get your body moving even when you’re in a rush.

#1 Complete a 10-15 minute HIIT Workout. What is a HIIT workout, you might ask? HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. You can find many of these workouts on YouTube or on the JPFIT4LIFE Instagram page that will add high intensity exercises back-to-back to get your heart pumping. These are short workouts that are easy to add in before work.

#2 Go on a walk. Even a brisk walk around your neighborhood can brighten your mood and wake you up a bit before work starts. The summer usually has beautiful weather to talk a walk and plan out your day or any goals you have for yourself.

#3 Complete a 15-minute yoga video. Yoga can also be a great way to start your day and stretch out your body. Grab a mat, a bottle of cold water, and put on some relaxing music to help you brighten your mood and stretch out any stiff or sore muscles.

#4 Complete a dumbbell workout. Sometimes you don’t have time to take a trip to the gym, but did you know you can get a full body workout with just a pair of dumbbells? Check out JPFIT4LIFE’s Instagram page for some dumbbell workouts that will be easy to complete quickly in your backyard or in your living room.

Even though your summer might be jam-packed with work or travel, you still don’t have to sacrifice moving your body and feeling great about yourself. Set up your FREE virtual consultation TODAY by emailing 1jpfit4life1@gmail.com or calling 8025226521 to unlock your summer body
