This past year, gyms have opened back up and people have made the transition from being at home to hitting their favorite gyms again. That being said, the holidays are also coming up. Here are some gift ideas for anyone who loves to hit a good workout. Even if returning to the gym isn’t in their future, these gifts will definitely spice up any home workout set up.
- Sport mask. This is great for anyone who goes to a gym and needs a breathable and washable mask that is on brand with your workout outfit. Try Underarmour or Lululemon for great quality face covering.
- Fitness gloves. These are great for heavy lifters as they reduce tension on your wrists and help with grip strength.
- Foam roller. Any regular at the gym knows that massaging the muscles after a hard workout is crucial for recovery. A simple gift that will be nice to have around when someone’s feeling sore.
- Hydroflask. Water bottles are a must at the gym, period.
- Apple watch bands. Apple watches are quite common now due to their health tracking abilities. New bands can make great stocking stuffers.
- Resistance bands. Whether you are working out at home or at the gym, having your own set of resistance bands is a great addition to your workout gear. Get these for your friend for great warm ups or at home burns.
- Blender bottle. Any gym junkie knows that the pre workout powder or the post workout shake needs a blender bottle. How else are you going to mix in those powder chunks?
Lift log. If you know someone who is starting their fitness journey, a lifting log is perfect to keep track of workouts, weights, and measurements in order to progress.
- Yoga mat. This is great for those who workout at home or attend regular yoga classes.
Bodyweight exercise cards. This is a fun deck of workout cards that can help mix up any routine if you’re one to have trouble thinking of new workouts to try. Anyone will love to crush their workout plateau with these.
