The key to working out is to keep the body guessing at all times, and by now all of you have done the home exercises you know or have learned and are worried about a plateau in results. Adding a backpack to your exercises can make a little more challenging, but also allow you to dictate how heavy it is. It will enable you to progress at your rate from your home and can be added to many different exercises like pushups. Pushing yourself to the limit is my goal, and you can have a little fun while you do that. Send us your photos of the funny contents you put in your backpack and send us the pushups, and we post it! #JPBackpackfitness
